Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records, with a focus on general ledger and tax filing. His role shall also include accounts reconciliations and cleanup of account balances, to ensure the integrity of financial data, compliance with statutory regulations, and support efficient financial operations within our manpower deployments and property management businesses, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all financial processes. He is expected to be meticulous, proactive, and committed to financial accuracy.


Key Responsibilities
• Perform general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct thorough account balance cleanup to rectify discrepancies and streamline financial reporting.
• Support in month-end close activities.
• Preparation of trial balance and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and support tax filings and documentations for regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide support during external and BIR audits, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Preferably a CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting, with a focus on GL reconciliation and audit.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in identifying and correcting account discrepancies and ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the manpower deployment or property management industries is a plus.
